TRUCK WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND BALANCING

TRUCK WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND BALANCING

Improve your fuel economy and the safety of your vehicle with a wheel alignment and tyre balance.

It’s recommended you get a wheel alignment and wheel balance when new tyres are fitted, when tyres are wearing oddly, vehicle is pulling to one side, or every two to three years. The Corghi wheel alignment machine and heavy vehicle hoist at our Katikati workshop make it simple for our team to do wheel alignments and tyre balances on even the largest of vehicles.

POWER STEERING REPAIRS AND SERVICING

General heavy vehicle repairs

Our team is experienced at troubleshooting and fixing your truck, bus or motor home power steering issues. We also provide power steering servicing to improve your vehicle’s steering response, reduce noise or vibration, and extend the life of your vehicle’s steering components.

BRAKE AND TRANSMISSION CHECKS

BRAKE AND TRANSMISSION CHECKS

Effective brakes are critical to the safety of your heavy vehicle, both for yourself and the safety of other road users. If you have any concerns about your brakes, bring your vehicles in and we will check to make sure they are in good working order.

We also specialise in transmission checks and repairs. We can check the quality and level of your transmission fluid, and replace as necessary, to keep your truck, bus or motor home running smoothly.

STEAM CLEANING

General heavy vehicle repairs

Our heavy vehicle steam cleaning services can help get your truck looking shiny and new again. Steam cleaning removes dirt and grime without damaging your paintwork. It’s also more environmentally friendly than other cleaning methods that use chemical soaps and detergents. We provide both vehicle body and engine steam cleaning services.

In the past two weeks I have had to have work done on three vehicles. I was recommended to Chris and the guys and they did not disappoint. Chris’ communications skill are great for his business, he contacted me throughout the work being done giving me options and estimates. keeping me up with what was happening, and i was very impressed with the quality of work completed. I can now say i have a new mechanic. I would highly recommend Northern Automotive Truck and Tractor to anyone looking for a great job done.
