We have some of the best heavy vehicle machinery and equipment in the Bay of Plenty at our Katikati workshop.
This including a 20-tonne hoist, a wheel alignment system for trucks and a heavy-duty truck tyre press for pressing in heavy vehicle suspension bushes. Our on- site steam cleaning facilities are ideal for degreasing and removing grime from your truck, and our specialised 24-volt heavy vehicle diagnostic scan tool makes identifying electrical issues easier, speeding up the repair process and saving you money.
We’ve serviced trucks, motor homes, buses, tractors and other heavy vehicles for more than a decade and can make sure your vehicle is in perfect running order. Our servicing is tailored to your requirements but typically includes checking and replacing your vehicle’s fuel filter, engine oil and filter, differential oil, gearbox oil and filters, and power steering fluid, as necessary.
Our expert diesel mechanics can also carry out safety checks and provide preventative maintenance to keep your vehicle fleet in top shape and on the road.

We are certified to provide Certificate of Fitness (COF) inspections and testing for heavy vehicles, passenger service vehicles and rental vehicles. COF testing involves inspection of tyres, brakes and the structural condition of your vehicle. We also look at your towing connections and load restraints, lights, windscreen glazing, windscreen wipers, doors, safety belts and air bags. Other aspects inspected include your vehicle’s speedometer, steering, suspension, exhaust, fuel system, and display of your certificate of loading and transport service license number (if required).

It’s recommended you get a wheel alignment and wheel balance when new tyres are fitted, when tyres are wearing oddly, vehicle is pulling to one side, or every two to three years. The Corghi wheel alignment machine and heavy vehicle hoist at our Katikati workshop make it simple for our team to do wheel alignments and tyre balances on even the largest of vehicles.

Our heavy vehicle steam cleaning services can help get your truck looking shiny and new again. Steam cleaning removes dirt and grime without damaging your paintwork. It’s also more environmentally friendly than other cleaning methods that use chemical soaps and detergents. We provide both vehicle body and engine steam cleaning services.
